About Cozette
Hello! I love to teach because I believe knowledge is the key to a happy life. Receiving a bad grade because you don’t understand something is painful. We can’t know everything about every single topic, but we should be able to ask questions if needed. I know that sometimes it feels like you can’t ask for help, but you should be able to because the only way to improve is to feel confident in your abilities. That’s why I’m hoping that I can help students feel more confident in their abilities to read and write.
I’m also fluent in ASL, so if you need those accommodations I can do that.

My lessons will mainly benefit those who want to learn how to improve their writing. I mainly focus on homework help and essay editing. Since I am in high school myself, high school is a more comfortable level to tutor in; However I’m still open to helping college level people—mainly in creative writing or proof reading. SAT Prep is something I’m doing myself, and while I can’t be much help in the Math portion, I do understand the English portion and can clear up questions. I’m a new tutor, but I know that everyone learns differently, so I will change my techniques once meeting the person, so we can find what works best for you.
