About Sedona
I have always scored very high on math tests and classes. I really enjoy doing basic math and understand it very well. I have dysgraphia, so I understand that school can be hard. I want to make math easy for kids who struggle in math. I am willing to work slow and go at the pace a kid needs to succeed because that is what I needed in school. I am also currently in a Pre Professional Program at Cary Ballet Conservatory. I have a very tight schedule. I can work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in the afternoons after 5:30 Wednesdays my only time slot is 4:00-5:00 Weekends I can do Sundays only

I am an elementary math tutor who enjoys working with kids who struggle in school. I may not have graduated from high school yet, but I certainly know how hard school can be. Math is my best subject, and I enjoy it. I aim to work with every kid and find ways that match their learning styles and needs. I have taught before, so I know how to break things down. I recommend you send me what your child is working on ahead of time. I just need to see what we are doing and plan a short lesson for them based on the kid. We will usually start by reviewing homework and any assignment your child might find tricky. Then I will teach your child any topics that I think they might need to review. Then we will do more practice problems. I hope to see you and your child soon, and I am excited to work on some math. :)
