About Sabir
I am a dedicated and experienced teacher who has been shaping young minds in London schools for the past 18 years. Over this time, I have held various roles that have given me a deep understanding of students' needs and how to help them excel. For the past 13 years, I’ve served as Head of Faculty, leading subjects, developing curricula, and ensuring that students achieve their full potential in both Computing and Mathematics. My extensive experience means I know exam board requirements inside and out, including A-level NEA (Non-Exam Assessment) standards. I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Computing, ensuring that my lessons are both relevant and cutting-edge. Teaching is my passion because I love empowering students to achieve their goals, whether that’s mastering a challenging algorithm, acing an exam, or developing real-world problem-solving skills. I take pride in creating lessons that are engaging, personalised, and focused on making learning a rewarding experience. Progress is regularly monitored through short assessments and constructive feedback, ensuring students stay on track and motivated. I also focus on exam techniques, time management, and effective revision strategies to prepare students thoroughly for assessments. Above all, I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their potential. My goal is to inspire a genuine passion for Computer Science and equip students with the skills they need to excel academically and beyond.
