About Charlotte
I am an ex Welsh professional tennis player, sport university sports graduate and qualified fitness instructor. Sport has always been a massive part of my life travelling up and down the country for my favourite sport. It was competitive, challenging and a lot of commitment but I wouldn’t of changed any of it. Once leaving professional tennis I decided to pursue my passion for sport doing my Sports Management Degree leaving with a 2:1 and completing my level 2 Fitness instructor.

My teaching method is to bring enjoyment to the fitness industry, state thee importance of health and well-being and what fitness does to improve your health mentally and physically, it’s important to ask the students questions ensure they are interacting throughout the lesson, working as a team and individually.
