About Sri

I am a highly qualified Mathematics teacher with 18 years of teaching experience, including 16 years in the UAE, working with diverse curricula such as IGCSE, GCSE, American, and IB. Throughout my career, I have consistently produced excellent results in board examinations, with many of my students achieving top grades. My teaching approach focuses on building strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and confidence in students. I tailor my lessons to meet individual learning needs, ensuring that every student progresses and feels motivated. I also emphasize exam techniques, time management, and critical thinking, which help students excel not only in assessments but also in real-life applications of mathematics. With a passion for education and a proven track record of success, I am dedicated to nurturing a positive learning environment where students can reach their full potential.

About the lesson

Start from their level – I always begin by understanding what the student already knows. This helps me connect new concepts to familiar ones, so learning feels achievable instead of overwhelming.

Break concepts into simple steps – I use clear, step-by-step explanations and avoid rushing. When students see progress in small steps, their confidence grows naturally.

Encourage a growth mindset – I remind students that mistakes are part of learning. Instead of seeing errors as failures, we treat them as opportunities to improve.

Use real-life examples – I relate math problems to everyday situations (shopping, travel, games), so students see the purpose of learning math and feel more engaged.
