About Vikram

My Motto

A true leader creates leaders not followers and I follow the word to the tee. That also means, when I train students, I see them as my learning partners. Once they too realize that, every session, every class, every semester from then becomes an interactive one rather than a monologue.

About the lesson

Teaching gives me a lot of satisfaction. What transpired as a challenging role to train in my first role has now snowballed into training university students and finance professionals in various subjects such as Derivatives, Equity Analysis, Fixed Income, Financial Modeling, Accounting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, CFA exams and other university-based subjects.

Indeed, my focus has been on all topics in Finance. I have been lecturing for MBA/MFin/Undergraduate Program on corporate finance, valuation methodologies, capital structure and its models, optionality in valuation etc. I would like to extend that experience.

Marc is a dedicated student who wants to improve and learn from a fundamental standpoint. He does not look for short cuts which will help in the long run to tackle similar questions in the exam. Marc's communications were clear and we have worked well in the little time we have gotten to know each other.
