About Martina
I am an ESL tutor with 11 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I have guided 150-200 students, helping them improve their English, gain confidence, and achieve academic success.
My teaching style is practical, interactive, and student-focused. I use real-life examples, exercises, and discussions to make learning English engaging and meaningful.
Some of my proudest milestones include students speaking fluently, expressing themselves clearly, and excelling in exams. Witnessing their progress inspires me to continue teaching with passion.
I create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning, making mistakes, and growing. Teaching ESL is my passion, and I am committed to helping every student succeed.

My teaching methodology is practical, motivating, and student-focused. I use real-life examples and case studies to make English lessons meaningful, helping students understand how to communicate effectively in everyday life, academics, and professional contexts.
I place great importance on motivation, encouraging students to set goals, stay positive, and enjoy the learning journey. Problem-solving is also central to my approach, guiding students to overcome challenges in grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing.
Integrity is a cornerstone of my teaching. I provide honest feedback, foster a safe and respectful learning environment, and maintain transparency in guidance. I also practise flexibility, adjusting lessons to suit each student’s pace, preferences, and learning style.
In addition to ESL, I integrate related subjects such as communication skills, professional English, and study strategies. My aim is to help students gain confidence, practical language skills, and the ability to communicate successfully in real-life situations.
