About Merryl
I am a very experienced and successful music teacher. I studied at UCT and have successfully taught students of all ages; several of whom have become professional musicians. I enter my students for the UNISA music examinations, both practical and theoretical. You will not be disappointed should you become my student. I am passionate about my subject.

Teaching music requires a solid foundation in many aspects, techinique style, understanding the genre of each piece of music being taught. I require a holistic approach, expect regular practice and want my students to be exposed to live performance if this is possible.
