About Jemma
I am a secondary school History teacher and have been for just over 3 years now. I have been in schools before this since I was 16.
I'm calm, easy to approach and have good personal skills. I am happy to do what is needed to support any pupil, regardless of ability, need or time.
Alongside my teaching, I also produce resources for GSCE and KS3 History mainly on TES which is successful and adaptable.
I have a PGCE in Secondary History, with full QTS. I have a DBS check and I am currently looking at completing a Masters' in History also to support my academic development.

I encourage independence but believe that the best teaching comes from forming good and solid relationships with pupils. Teaching should be fun and enable active discussion, whilst building up a wider and developed view of our world around us.
