I have always been passionate about music, and I truly believe it is something that keeps us sane ! I love to teach because I enjoy helping others learn, grow, and believe in themselves. Seeing a student understand something new and gain confidence is incredibly rewarding. Teaching allows me to make a positive difference while constantly learning and developing myself.

I teach ABRSM Music Theory up to Grade 5 level, helping students build both confidence and a genuine love of music. My aim is to make music theory clear, engaging, and practical, while helping you understand the nitty-gritty of how everything fits together.
We will work through the ABRSM workbooks together, covering each topic step by step and making sure you understand not just *what* the rules are, but *why* they work. I will explain concepts in a simple, approachable way, with plenty of opportunities to practise questions and apply what you have learned.
Whether you are preparing for an ABRSM exam, strengthening your musical foundations, or simply wanting to understand music more deeply, I will tailor lessons to your pace and needs. Most importantly, I want you to leave each lesson feeling more confident, curious, and excited about music.
