About Kavya
I am a passionate Intellectual Property Scholar, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law. My journey combines extensive academic learning with hands-on experience gained from working in top law firms and key government bodies such as the Intellectual Property Office, the IPR Chair, and the Indian Institute of Chartered Secretaries. These roles have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of law.
In addition to my work as an attorney, I am also an active creator, writing articles and poetry that are eligible for copyright protection. This creative work complements my academic pursuits and demonstrates my deep passion for intellectual property from both legal and artistic perspectives. As a tutor on Superprof, my goal is to share my knowledge and expertise to help students excel in the field of intellectual property law.
