About Lara
With a PhD in Physics and four years of teaching experience, I aim to make the study of physics both engaging and accessible. My focus is on helping students build a strong conceptual understanding of key physics principles while also developing practical problem-solving skills. I use real-world examples to show students the relevance of physics in everyday life. I provide tailored support for students, from clarifying concepts during assignments to offering targeted exam preparation. My approach is student-centered, ensuring that each individual receives the attention and guidance needed to succeed. I emphasize interactive learning and encourage students to think critically about the material. Having taught a wide range of students, from beginners to advanced learners, I adapt my teaching style to meet the diverse needs of each student. My goal is not only to help students perform well academically but to foster a deeper appreciation and understanding of physics.

The physics lesson begins with foundational concepts such as Newton’s laws of motion, energy conservation, and forces. Students explore how these principles govern the behavior of objects in different physical systems. Through problem-solving exercises and experiments, students learn to apply physics concepts to everyday phenomena.
In advanced topics, we cover electromagnetism, including electric fields, magnetic fields, and Maxwell's equations. Students gain an understanding of how electricity and magnetism interact and how these principles are fundamental to technologies such as electric circuits and wireless communication. Practical applications and real-world scenarios help to relate the material to students' experiences.
Throughout the course, I use demonstrations, simulations, and interactive problem-solving to engage students and help them visualize abstract physical concepts. This approach enhances understanding, encourages critical thinking, and prepares students for more complex topics in advanced physics.
