About Sneha
I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher. My journey of yoga started when I was a school student. But I understood the real essence of it when I experienced its impact on my physical and mental well-being. And I started to spread this ancient knowledge in the society. I worked with all age groups, personal and group classes.

I wish to serve this holistic subject authentically. Correct alignment in Asanas, understand the different body-mind language, scientific but simple method in Pranayam and meditation. I believe that yoga practice is not just physical exercise, it’s a way of life. It helps to understand yourself, overcome obstacles and gain mastery over the mind, body, and emotions.

The best thing about Sneha mam is that she holds the authentic knowledge of yoga as a holistic approach. She is very patient with all her students. I would definitely recommend her for beginner, intermediate or expert level students.
