About Sarah

I am a current college student, enrolled in honors. My major requires extremely effective, clear, and explanatory writing skills. Along with five years of coaching experience, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA in every English class taken, and a cumulative GPA of 3.7. My knowledge of how to educate the students in a manor which results in learning is very thorough.

About the lesson

Students need to be encouraged just as much as they need to be corrected. While it is important for an educator to ensure the necessary work is being completed, it is also required that the tutor understands the student's mentality. I break down each step of the education process so that the student does not feel overwhelmed. When the student does begin to feel frustrated, I take breaks from one topic and focus on another so that they do not want to give up. Encouragement is just as important as education itself.

In the case where a lesson needs to be cancelled, appropriate actions need to take place at least 24hours before. If this is not followed, the first violation will be forgiven. If a cancelation occurs less than 24hours before a lesson again, this lesson will be counted as attended.
