As a VFS Game Design Graduate, Honor Student, and finally Teaching Assistant for the last 2 years, I feel prepared to teach you design frameworks & concepts, level design principles, software proficiency, and analysis of games.
While my specialty has been art historically, I find that I've had a unique opportunity to observe and practice Game Design as both a student and a teacher.
I've spent the last 3 years practicing design and applying its principles to my own projects - let me teach you what I've learned!

Nic is truly one of the most approchable and understanding person I've ever met.
When I talk to him it's almost like I'm being taken care of.
He is amazing at giving advice and passionate about everything he teaches.
He also likes to expand his horizons and learn more from other people's views and experiences.
Getting Nic as a TA was fantastic and getting to know him after and to get experience his projects have been an honor.Nicolas is great! I was his student for a few classes at Vancouver Film School and he made the difference between being completely lost during my classes and actually completing my assignments.
He has a good way of explaining things that makes the difficult curriculum easy to understand. Also a total sweetie!
