About Masego
An I/O Psychology Graduate, member of the Golden Key International Honour Society & Investigator with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. Skilled in Claims Resolution, Insurance Claims & Investigation. With an Honours degree focused in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, I am also a passionate Human Capital Enthusiast who values the continuous professional and personal development of people and is also an advocate for the promotion of organisational health. In my years of study, I have tutored Psychology students & have also previously done well in English & Business Studies.

I like to allow for engagement during lessons. While theory is important, I prefer to back it up with practical, real life examples for better understanding as I believe learners grasp concepts more easily this way. I like to approach each lesson by first providing context and meaningful examples followed by linking it to the relevant theory. I also encourage debate and engagement for better understanding.
