About Kaitlyn
Graduating with a BS Music Industry degree from USC Thornton School of Music gave me the foundation for 12 years of coaching students. My career focuses on the fine details of HOOK AND TOP-LINE writing that make a song memorable. I have mentored countless musicians, from complete beginners to career switchers, helping them refine their craft.
My approach centers on honest, specific feedback delivered between sessions. Songwriters often struggle with prosody or title development, but I help clarify those sticky areas.
Whether you are a content creator or a gigging musician, we find the core of your sound. I spend my time analyzing what makes a chorus hit hard.
Building dynamics across a song is a technical skill that I love teaching to my students. You will learn to turn a simple idea into a finished, polished track through our sessions. Helping others finish their music is the most rewarding part of my 12 years in this industry. Your songs will finally see the light of day.
