About Ashiah
My background in hospitality has taught me the importance of patience, clear communication, and making people feel comfortable—skills that translate perfectly into tutoring. As a hospitality graduate, I’m trained to listen carefully, adapt to different personalities, and create a welcoming environment where people feel confident asking questions and learning at their own pace. I focus on making lessons supportive, engaging, and easy to understand. My goal is not only to teach English, but to help students feel encouraged, respected, and confident as they improve their communication skills.

Learning English can feel difficult, but with the right guidance it becomes much easier. In my tutoring sessions, I help students understand simple sentence patterns that make speaking clearer and more natural. For example, English often follows Subject + Verb + Time/Place, like “I went to the store yesterday.” We practice building sentences, correcting mistakes, and using helpful conversation starters like “I think…” or “I want to…”. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can practice, improve quickly, and gain confidence using English in real conversations.
