I'm Chandni Gupta, a certified yoga instructor from Yoga Alliance international. And I have been teaching yoga for 1 year. I'm a trained Hatha & Ashtanga yoga trainer. I can help you with weight management, Immunity boosting, Flexibility improvement and strengthening your body apart from that I provide Yoga therapy for Chronic pain and diseases.
