About Julia
Hello everyone!
My name is Julia and work as a self-love and body image coach through my community The body positive project and my membership program The body image academy.
My job as self-love and body image coach means that I help you feel comfortable in your own body. So many girls and guys of all ages struggle with their body image and do whatever they can to make them feel happy with their bodies.
It often results in eating disorders, using exercise as a way to punish oneself and saying shitty words to oneself in the mirror.
After 12 years with an eating disorder and a negative body image, I found techniques that helped me get comfortable in my own body, I even starting to love my body and I was finally able to eat without feeling guilty and needing to work off the calories I had eaten.
Now I want to share that knowledge with you!

About the lesson

You can choose if you want to study on your own and only have email contact with me or if you want "live lessons" via skype or facetime, at your home.
When I teach in my community I use short videos / audio files that introduce the topic we are going to talk about and after you have gone through the lessons you will get some homework via pdf file.
If you have reading difficulties, you can also get the homework as an audio file.
We would use these as a base, regardless of whether we would have the lessons remotely or live.
The course also includes some extra material to help you along the way in the form of a facebook group and meditations.
