About Kody
I have been meditating since 2011 and discovered who I am in the process. I have tried many different forms including;

- Buddhist
- Vipassana
- Guided
- Hypnotherapy
- Sound Healing
- Reiki
- Mindfulness
I now have my own personal 'style' which I am comfortable using for myself and guiding others.
Meditation have given me a fresh perspective, and always helps me grow into more of who I really am.
I am committed to helping others find who they are, what their about, or just feeling more relaxed, calm and centred every day.

I find common 'problems' people face sch as; obesity, addiction, sadness, overwhelm, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress, body pain, emotional trauma, social dysfunction.
I base a meditation and discussion surrounding the issue. , finding new solutions through self reflection.
I take the client on a journey through themselves to understand their patterns, what they are doing to create the situation and a new path or direction they can take to change it.
Meditation always gives us unforeseen answers, so the outcomes of sessions can vary depending on the desire to grow and change from the individual.
