I am currently an undergraduate nutrition and food science student who has been providing nutrition and weight loss programmes for almost a year. I have helped people with various diet-related problems obtaining outstanding results. I am offering my evidence-based knowledge to those who are willing to change and improve their own lifestyle.

As a future Nutritionist, I use a standardised method to approach you, consisting of a 15 min call or chat about your daily routine, current nutritional status, and physical activity level. After that, we will decide how to plan your weight loss or healthy lifestyle programme to meet your body energy requirements.
