About Hussein

Hello! My name is Hussein Akim, and I am currently pursuing my second year of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. I have over three years of experience tutoring Math and Physics, specializing in Grades 10–12 and students aiming to improve their understanding or raise their marks. I am passionate about teaching and strongly believe that Math and Physics are for everyone. I understand how intimidating these subjects can feel because I once struggled with them myself. Through dedication, hard work, and persistence, I developed not only proficiency but a true appreciation for the logic and beauty behind these subjects. My journey allows me to relate to students, guide them patiently, and inspire confidence in their own abilities. In my lessons, students can expect clear explanations, interactive problem-solving, and a structured approach that builds understanding and skills step by step. About the lesson

My tutoring approach is centered on understanding, patience, and real-world application. I focus on helping students grasp concepts deeply rather than simply memorizing formulas. I use step-by-step explanations, relatable examples, and interactive problem-solving to make Math and Physics approachable and enjoyable. What makes my lessons unique is that I relate to students’ struggles. I too once found these subjects challenging, so I know how to guide students through confusion, build their confidence, and transform frustration into achievement. I encourage curiosity and aim to cultivate a love for learning, showing students that Math and Physics are not intimidating—they are empowering. I am proficient in English, and all lessons are conducted in English. Students can expect a typical lesson to involve: • Reviewing previous material and addressing questions • Explaining new concepts with clear, step-by-step guidance • Applying knowledge through practical problems and examples • Encouragement, feedback, and strategies to improve marks and confidence My lessons are aimed primarily at Grades 10–12 students, but I also enjoy helping students who want to improve their understanding and marks, regardless of their starting level.
