About Elzbieta
My name is Elzbieta, and I am originally from Poland, but I have lived in England for years. I completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in London.
King’s College London - Master’s degree: International Child Rights and Development
Royal Holloway, University of London - Bachelor’s degree: Politics with Philosophy
I have over seven years of experience teaching English and have worked with various language schools, teaching children, teenagers and adults. My experience includes preparing students for IELTS and CAE, with a focus on developing the skills, confidence and exam techniques needed to achieve their goals. I adapt my teaching methods to each student's age, language level and individual needs.
Professionally, I worked as a Study Abroad Manager in an international education agency, where I managed university applications and provided educational consultancy to students interested in studying abroad. My experience includes supporting applications to universities in Europe, in particular in the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark and Ireland.
I am currently based in Dubai, where I continue to expand my academic qualifications while working for an international corporation in risk management.

I prepare students and adult learners for the IELTS and CAE exams and help them apply to universities in the UK and Europe. My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual goals, current level and learning style. I believe that effective tutoring should be structured and engaging, while also allowing students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence.
I take a personalised and practical approach to teaching. Before we begin, I aim to understand your strengths, areas for improvement and what you would like to achieve. Based on this, I adapt each lesson to your needs, whether you are preparing for an English exam, improving your language skills or working towards a university application.
For IELTS and CAE preparation, I focus on developing the skills required for the exam, including speaking, writing, reading and listening. Lessons include exam-style tasks, useful vocabulary and grammar, feedback on written work, speaking practice and strategies for approaching different question types. I explain areas for improvement clearly and provide constructive feedback so that you can track your progress and work towards your target result.
For university application guidance, I can help you explore degree options, identify courses that match your interests and strengths, understand entry requirements and organise your application process. Having studied in the UK myself and worked as a Study Abroad Manager, I understand the practical steps involved in applying to universities in the UK and Europe.
Sessions usually last 60 minutes and are available online or in person in Dubai. I work with students aged 15-18 and adult learners.
My aim is to help every student feel better prepared, more confident and clear about their next steps.
