About Constance
I have 3 years experience as an ESL tutor and I have a TESOL and an IELTS certificate which equips me with the necessary skills and experience to teach English as a second language. I have been teaching young children to adults online. I have a bachelor’s honours degree in banking and I have been working in the bank for 5 years. Working in a bank has given me a chance to deal with different personalities which created patience within me. Teaching English online has given me that opportunity of learning something new every day. It gives me the joy to see my students’ progress in speaking English fluently, so this makes me more passionate about teaching. I like imparting knowledge to others and also I love learning from others. I am a bubbly person and fun to talk to and I love travelling, meeting new people and sharing experiences.

My teaching method is the communicative approach, this way I can encourage students to be engaged in normal conversation and be able to and communicate well with others.
The recipe for effective teaching is to always listen to the students and understand what the student wants. I also use positive praises in my classes letting the student know that they are doing a great job and this motivates them and increase their self-esteem and they become more confident.
