About DANCAN
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education from KENYATTA UNIVERSITY and a Professional Qualification in Teaching International Curriculum (Cambridge & Edexcel) from Riara University.
I have 8 years of teaching experience in international schools and private tuition, including Kitengela International Schools (BOM) and 5+ years tutoring students globally via Superprof, Wyzant, and private referrals.
I have taught over 150+ students from Kenya, UK, USA, Qatar, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, with 90% achieving A* - B grades in their final IGCSE and A-Level exams.
I am a TSC Registered Teacher in Kenya and fully trained in British Curriculum assessment, learner-centered methods, and online teaching tools.
What makes me different is I don't just teach theory - I was also a Business Studies student who struggled with exams. I know the mistakes students make, so I teach the shortcuts that work. I give free notes, past papers, and I am available for questions outside lesson time on WhatsApp.
