About Vishnu

Hi, I’m an IIT BHU graduate and a current Software Development Engineer at a tier-1 product company (ARISTA, ex-ORACLE). During my own academic journey, I secured an All India Rank of 859 in JEE Advanced and 256 in JEE Mains.

While my day job involves building complex software systems, my absolute passion has always been teaching and mentoring. Recently, I took on the responsibility of coaching my younger sister for her engineering entrance exams, successfully guiding her to a 99.9 percentile in JEE Mains. Seeing her transform from a stressed student into a confident, elite problem-solver reminded me of the profound impact a good mentor can have.

I teach because I genuinely want to bridge the gap between 'hard work' and 'smart strategy.' Having navigated the brutal competition of JEE myself, I know exactly what it takes to succeed, the emotional toll it takes on students, and how to stay highly motivated. My goal is to pass down this 'IIT mindset' and help the next generation of students achieve their dream ranks without burning out.

About the lesson

Most students fail to reach their potential in Physics not because they lack hard work, but because they rely on memorizing formulas instead of understanding how the physical world actually works. I offer two exclusive, 1-on-1 mentorship tracks designed to build elite conceptual understanding and problem-solvers:

1. For 11th, 12th & Droppers (JEE Advanced Track):
We focus heavily on core problem-solving, especially in notoriously tough areas like Mechanics. Instead of giving you 50 formulas to memorize, I teach you how to derive the solution logically from the ground up. A standard class begins with diagnosing your conceptual gaps, moving into a deep-dive on a complex topic, and ending with intense, guided problem-solving using elite materials (HC Verma, Irodov, Past Papers) to build your exam-day speed and accuracy.

2. For 8th, 9th & 10th Standard (Elite Foundation Track):
The biggest mistake is waiting until 11th grade to build a scientific foundation. This track is for ambitious younger students targeting Olympiads (INPHO), NTSE, or early JEE preparation. At this age, Physics should be fascinating, not stressful. We will erase the habit of rote memorization early and connect textbook concepts to real-world engineering, giving the student a massive, stress-free head start before the actual pressure begins.

In both tracks, my goal is simple: to transfer the analytical "IIT mindset" and turn Physics from a subject to be feared into a passion through which we see the world.
