About Kevin

I am a passionate and experienced math tutor with over 4 years of online teaching; located in Bharuch, India.
I have AIR 616 in GATE 2025(Mathematics). I hold a Master's degree in Mathematics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same university.
I am more interested to teach the students in the most optimal way possible to encourage and/or accelerate their zest for mathematics.

I am a patient and understanding tutor who is always willing to help students learn; using a variety of teaching methods to ensure that students understand the material.
I am passionate about staying up-to-date with advancements in the field, so I love learning new mathematical concepts myself and sharing them with others.
As a teacher, I believe in encouraging students to explore different approaches to solving problems and developing critical thinking skills.
I strive to create a fun and interactive environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in discussions.

About the lesson

Here are some of the different teaching methodologies that I would apply while tutoring a student:
Differentiated instruction: I would tailor my teaching methods to the individual needs of each student. This means that I would not just lecture to the class as a whole, but would instead provide different levels of support and challenge for different students.
Active learning: I would encourage students to be active participants in their learning. This means that I would not just tell them the information, but would instead have them do things like work problems, solve puzzles, and engage in discussions.
Visual learning: I would use a variety of visual aids to help students learn. This might include diagrams, graphs, charts, and pictures. Visual aids can help students to understand complex concepts and to remember them better.
Assessment: I would regularly assess students' progress to make sure that they are understanding the material and to identify any areas where they need more help. This might involve giving quizzes, tests, or projects.
