Because she is a good listener and observer too. Teaching stuff can be easy; all you have to do is share the knowledge and teach everything you know about that concept. And that's it, Bingo! (you have acquired all the concepts that has been shared to you to your mind)... And that's how people think on how learning is done. That isn't true. Learning process is progressive thing. You can't learn everything in a day or two. For some, it may take a hour and for others, may be multiple hours. Everybody has their own pace when it comes to learning. And Sadhana understands this very well. She is one the most stoical person I have ever met. Sadhana is compassionate about her work and is a caring person. She is very approachable and presents the topics in a relatively simple and elegant way with examples. She concentrates on building how to think about a concept rather than jumping right into teaching direct solutions. She doesn't hesitate to clear even minute doubts or gaps in the topics. She encourages to be active in class participation and teaches in a more student friendly way, like an interactive session. She's a great teacher

Very clear explanations and easy understand methods

I knew sadhana since so long and I can't think of any other person who can be a better teacher than her. I know she loves teaching and can sacrifice anything in her will to pursue teaching. I myself have always approached sadhana whenever for certain things i don't understand and no one, even the professors from IITH, have made me understand those concepts in a simpler way than sadhana has. I know she can be a good teacher, probably the best for some of you. Happy learning.

I have seen her teaching to the students from both Telugu and engish medium and her passion towards teaching makes her work hard for students. She creates a friendly environment where everyone will be able to discuss the doubts
