About Ajeet
I'm Ajeet, an engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee, one of India's most prestigious technical universities. I've spent over 15 years applying advanced Mathematics professionally as an IT Consultant in the UK, and I'm now based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
I came to the UK in 2008 and know firsthand what it means to navigate an unfamiliar system and work hard to succeed within it. That experience gave me genuine patience and empathy for anyone finding a subject difficult — I meet every student where they are, not where I wish they were.
I decided to start tutoring because I've always found real satisfaction in helping people understand things clearly. I'm a trained public speaker through the internationally recognised Toastmasters programme, and I bring that same skill for clear, confident communication into every lesson. Teaching Maths and Economics well isn't just about knowing the subject — it's about explaining it in a way that genuinely sticks.

My approach: I don't just show you how to solve a problem — I make sure you understand why it works, so you can apply it confidently in the exam, not just recognise it from practice.
Sessions run 60 minutes and are fully tailored: tackling a specific weak topic, working through past papers strategically, or rebuilding confidence one small win at a time.
I hold an engineering degree from IIT Roorkee and I'm a trained public speaker through Toastmasters, which shapes how clearly I explain concepts. I've applied advanced Mathematics professionally for over 15 years as an IT Consultant.
My lessons are for GCSE and A-Level students (ages 14–18) studying Maths or Economics, across all major exam boards.
