About Immy
Hi, I’m Immy! I’m a motivated and friendly tutor with a genuine passion for helping students understand their subjects and gain confidence in their abilities. I know that everyone learns differently, so I always adapt my teaching style to suit each student.
I’m patient, supportive, and easy to talk to, which helps students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I believe that learning shouldn’t feel overwhelming, and I focus on making lessons clear, structured, and encouraging.
I take pride in being reliable, organised, and committed to helping my students make real progress. Whether a student needs extra support or wants to push for higher grades, I’m always happy to help.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I start by understanding where the student currently is, what they find difficult, and what they want to achieve — whether that’s improving confidence, catching up, or aiming for top grades.
Each session is:
Personalised to the student’s level and learning style
Clear and step-by-step, breaking down topics into manageable parts
Interactive, with questions and practice throughout
Focused on exam success, including technique, common mistakes, and revision strategies
I explain concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way and never rush a student. There’s no pressure — students are encouraged to ask questions and build confidence at their own pace.
