About Haruki
I'm a second-year Physics student at Imperial College London. I got a First in my first year and A*s in A-Level Maths and Physics, and while still at school I published a quantum computing paper in Physical Review Research as first author.
I teach GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics. I know the exam specifications well, and I focus on students understanding why a method works, because that's what makes the harder exam questions manageable.
I speak English and Japanese, so I can explain things in Japanese if that suits your family.

Lessons are 60 minutes, or longer if you prefer.
We start with a few quick questions to see where you are and spot any gaps. Then we go through the new topic together, and I ask questions along the way so you work out the steps yourself. After that we practise exam questions, starting easy and building up, and I show you how to approach the ones that look unfamiliar.
I can set short homework between lessons and send parents a brief update after each session if wanted.
