About DJ

Hello! My name is Diji, and I am passionate about helping students discover the fun and challenge of chess. I am a patient, dedicated, and approachable tutor who believes that anyone can improve their chess skills with the right guidance and consistent practice.

My lessons are personalized to match each student's experience, learning style, and goals. Whether you are completely new to chess or already know the basics and want to improve your strategy, tactics, and decision-making, I will guide you step by step in a supportive learning environment.

I take every lesson seriously and always aim to make learning chess enjoyable, productive, and rewarding. My goal is not only to help students become better chess players, but also to develop their confidence, concentration, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

With Diji as your chess tutor, you can expect patience, professionalism, encouragement, and lessons designed specifically for your progress. Let's make every chess game an opportunity to learn, improve, and have fun!

About the lesson

My approach to teaching chess is focused on making every lesson enjoyable, practical, and easy to understand. I believe that students learn best when they understand the ideas behind each move rather than simply memorizing openings or strategies. I adapt my teaching style to each student's level, goals, and learning pace.

A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics, followed by a new chess concept such as tactics, opening principles, positional ideas, calculation, or endgame techniques. I use real game positions, puzzles, and practical examples to help students understand how to apply what they learn. We then practice together through guided exercises or games, where I explain the student's decisions and show them how they can improve.

What sets me apart as a tutor is my patient and personalized approach. I encourage students to think independently, analyze their own moves, and develop good decision-making skills. I want every student to become a stronger chess player while also building concentration, confidence, creativity, and critical thinking.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate players, and students who simply want to improve their chess skills. Whether you are learning how the pieces move, preparing for school competitions, or looking to become a more confident and strategic player, I can adapt the lessons to your individual needs and goals.
