My professional background includes business, customer service, sales, purchasing, operations, and data analysis. Because of this, I understand how important clear communication is in real workplace situations.
I’m patient, supportive, and practical in my teaching style. My goal is to help students feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes, asking questions, and building real confidence.
