About Noor
As an English tutor with a background in Political Science, I am committed to helping students enhance their language skills. While I am new to tutoring, my academic journey has equipped me with a strong understanding of English, having been recognized and awarded for my writing in various academic settings. A typical lesson with me begins with a warm-up activity, such as a casual conversation or a quick review of previous material, to get the student comfortable. We then move into a focus activity, which might include reading comprehension, grammar drills, or discussion-based exercises. Next, I encourage application of the newly learned skills through tasks like writing essays or giving presentations. Finally, we wrap up with a review of key points, addressing any questions, and providing additional practice material for the student to work on.
