About Cassandra
I’ve been lucky to come from a background of professionalism from an early age. The public schools I was apart of took great pride in their presence, engagement and showmanship. I’ve since had a really colorful career ranging from scare acting to performing in parades and meetngreets. I’ve gone through my own experiences that have left me in a different place in life than I imagined. I’ve struggled deeply with my mental health. Only when I reached out to my passions again did I find healing, even with therapy. I want to extend that out to others and provide a safe place for expression and growth.

I want to create a space for natural movement that feels good as well as introducing the fundamentals for it to look good as well. Dance isn a form of therapy, communication, meditation & so on. Being in a likeminded community where we share a space for healing & growth has helped me tremendously. I just want to bring that to a greater population.
