Updated methodology, using analytical exercises focused on specific muscle groups. Personalized attention and help in carrying out the exercises. Ideal beginners. The session is held in a private and reserved room, and each session includes water.
Session types:
Session (18/01/2025)
Objective: Continue with the familiarization and introduce coordinated movement.
Footwork Series with Variation (Escalfament)
Repetitions: 8 per position of the legs.
Observations: Affect the movement of arms to improve coordination.
Hundred (Modified Version)
Time: 30 seconds.
Observations: Keep the meats at 90 degrees to reduce lumbar tension.
Short Box: Round Back
Repetitions: 6.
Observations: Lengthen the spine while returning to the initial position.
Bridging
Repetitions: 8.
Observations: Use the glutes and hamstrings to elevate the pelvis.
Mermaid Stretch (Refrainment)
Repetitions: 3 per cost.
Observations: Keep breathing deeply while extending the legs of the trunk.
