About Jesslyn
I am Indonesian who had spent about a decade living in the US and Canada. Thus, I speak English fluently. I went to school and worked in NA that makes me familiar with terms in the business and engineering industry too. I am passionate about teaching people who are interested in learning Bahasa Indonesia. We can definitely have fun together! Don't worry, I won't judge your Bahasa Indonesia speaking ability! :) I know it can feel so daunting when you try to speak a language that you are currently still learning.

Bahasa Indonesia is quite complex if we don't approach it the right way. We speak our language in informal way and use lots of slangs. Since the goal of learning a language is to eventually make the students be able to pick up or guess the meaning of new words either in sentences or by context, we should learn from the formal words to shortened version of those words then to slang words at last.
The lessons can be adjusted to all levels and individual needs.
For example, if you want to do business in Indonesia, then we can focus more on the vocabulary in this field, as well as how to write formal messages & e-mails, do business negotiation, etc.
