About Luzinda
With the skill and experience that I have developed over the past 18 years working in various IT Support positions. Over the years I obtained all the qualifications required for the post. I oversee every Technical and Managerial support query along with developing and administering the IT Support and well as the Service Desk Management. In my current capacity, I am known as an efficient problem solver who always follows through, and I have trained a fair amount of staff on IT on various Positions. I would like to bring the same ability, talent, and experience to your Company.
I am experienced and adapt in directing all the Technical and Management Support Operations at customer sites and in-house. Also have the formal qualification in IT. I have been highly effective in determining the requirements of the Group systems, conversion of data and equipment, the chance of joining your team is very interesting to me, because I am looking for a more senior role to be able to contribute more service effective work environment.
With all of this said, I am the most efficient person in the group with the amount of service desk experience required for this position, I have been inducting the new recruiters on how to user various Applications as per ITIL processes. Ensuring the support technicians as well and the service desk technicians understand the correct priority and classifications of Incidents, Problems and Changes on the system. Categorizing and Resolving of Incidents the correct way helps to improve the Units availability.

Service Desk scheduling and management
Control and measurement of IT Support Engineer and Service desk resources
Customer satisfaction, Identification, prioritization and resolution of reported incidents,
Ensuring all operational efforts achieve the organizational strategies and objectives,
Monitor functioning of equipment and systems used for the helpdesk,
Monitor the quality of service provided by the team,
Conduct quality control activities on logged and completed calls.
Report on IT Support usage and where relevant Resolve Incidents as they come on request.
Document and Monitor standard operating procedures for the IT Department, Identify Employee training needs and manage their personal development plans and training schedule, Keep Executive Directors and User updated on changes or updates to the system by completing the unit documentation sign of before the change it started.
I have recently relocated to Johannesburg and is willing to travel if required
.
