About Ruby
I am a web developer with over 5 years of experience working in both independent and collaborative team environments. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the best websites are built when ideas are shared and refined together. I enjoy being part of projects where brainstorming and problem-solving happen as a team. My background includes working on both client projects and larger team-based applications, which taught me adaptability and flexibility. Collaboration has helped me sharpen not only my technical skills but also my communication and project management abilities. I strongly believe that clear communication creates smoother workflows and better results. Over the years, I’ve built experience with tools like Git, Jira, and Slack to keep projects organized and efficient. I thrive when balancing technical expertise with the ability to listen and understand client or teammate feedback. My focus is always on building websites that achieve the shared goals of the project. I take pride in writing clean, maintainable code that other developers can easily work with. My years of experience have also shown me the importance of supporting and mentoring others when needed. I enjoy guiding newer developers while also learning from more experienced colleagues.
