About Alisha
I have a First Class Psychology degree, Masters in Child Development and I am a Primary School Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status. I have experience of working in the Education Sector for over 16 years and I have gained experience of working with Early Years up to college level. I am passionate about Special Educational Needs and have extensive experience in this sector. I have also recently launched my owm Education Consultancy Business.

My Teaching Style is firm but fair. I like to establish clear boundaries and a mutual respect. I also like to find out my pupils learning style and adapt my lessons and teaching accordingly. For example time is a difficult concept for children to grasp so I always use a practical hands on approach. I personally feel and have witnessed the difference Teaching time this way has. It is the kinaesthetic learning style approach that allows children to understand this difficult concept better.
