About Agnes
As a Singing tutor with 19 years of experience, I have helped many students transform their voices and gain confidence through music. I teach School students, College students, and Working Professionals, offering personalized lessons that support individual learning goals.
My teaching philosophy is centered on encouragement, consistency, and continuous improvement. I believe that every student can succeed when given the right guidance and opportunities to practice. My lessons are carefully designed to balance technical development with creative exploration.
My classes include vocal exercises, breathing control, pitch training, rhythm development, tone quality, voice projection, and stage performance skills. I use engaging activities, practical demonstrations, and performance reviews to help students apply their learning effectively. Regular assessments ensure ongoing progress.
In addition to Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Performance, and Music Appreciation. These related subjects help students become more knowledgeable musicians and confident performers. I also emphasize vocal care and healthy singing techniques.
I enjoy helping students discover their unique talents and build confidence in their abilities. My mission is to make learning enjoyable, inspiring, and rewarding while helping learners achieve success in their musical journeys.

My methodology for teaching Singing focuses on building a strong vocal foundation while helping students develop confidence and performance skills. Through flexibility, creativity, understanding, and effective time management, I provide a balanced learning experience that supports both technical and artistic growth.
I start by understanding the student's experience level, musical preferences, and learning objectives. This allows me to create personalized lessons that address their specific needs and goals.
Creativity is incorporated into every lesson through engaging activities such as vocal games, song analysis, listening exercises, and performance simulations. These methods help students stay motivated while improving their singing abilities.
Students learn important skills including breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, rhythm control, vocal projection, diction, and emotional expression. I focus on practical exercises that help students apply these techniques confidently.
Understanding and patience are key parts of my teaching philosophy. I encourage students to progress at their own pace while providing the support and guidance needed for success.
Time management ensures that lessons remain organized and productive. Each session includes warm-ups, technical development, song practice, and performance coaching.
In addition to Singing, I can teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Health, Sight Singing, and Music Appreciation. My aim is to help students become well-rounded and confident performers.
