About Fabiola
I started practicing Yoga in 2006, and just in 2014 on a business trip, I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in Indonesia. In 2016 and 2017, I studied in India (Himalayas) and Yoga Indonesia, taking a certification to teach this discipline. Once in Chile, form closed groups of 6 people to practice and guide in Yoga, making personalized classes and in turn to companies, to help in the welfare of workers. I am a professional engineer and entrepreneur, and having known this discipline has brought a lot of value to my life.

My teaching method is based on the connection with breathing. Once the student manages to connect and master the breath, he can understand many things about Yoga, and everything that involves his practice, such as the vitality of the body, feeling flexible, strong, vital.
