About Elsie
Bonjour! I am a French tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching students from school to college. My approach to teaching combines structured grammar and vocabulary lessons with interactive, student-centred activities designed to make learning engaging and memorable.
I believe that language learning is most effective when students actively participate, so my lessons include conversation practice, storytelling, role-playing, and exposure to French culture through films, music, and literature. I also incorporate digital tools, interactive quizzes, and multimedia resources to make learning modern and enjoyable.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s pace, learning style, and goals, whether preparing for exams, improving conversational skills, or exploring French culture. My mission is to create a supportive environment where students build confidence, develop fluency, and gain a lifelong appreciation for the language. Learning French with me is not just studying—it’s an experience full of discovery, creativity, and fun.

I teach French with a focus on growth, engagement, and real-world application. My methodology is guided by Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity.
