About Olga
I am an undergraduate student in the department of International and European Studies in Greece who loves languages and learning new things. Spreading my culture and meeting other cultures as well is something I always strive to do whenever I meet new people. I have made few private lessons via online in the past to younger children. I am a native greek-speaker who studied ancient greek-particularly the hellenestic greek language for the past two years thoroughly. In general, however, I have been in contact with ancient greek for almost six years. Lastly, I currently live and study in Greece (the adress that I have put here is false because the site is unable to recognise my real one. I deeply apologise for this unexpected occurrence.)

About the lesson

The classes are taught via internet, preferably via Skype or Zoom while using the google doc platform for grammar, vocabulary and exercises. The lessons are twice a week for one to two hours (depends solely on the student) particularly in the afternoon. The time can be decided upon communication.
The level's are devided depending on what each interested wishes to learn. For example, someone might want to learn greek to the highest level or just the the needed words and grammar to communicate when he visits the country. Thus, I leave it upon the students to choose the level they consider appropriate and needed for them and their situation.
The lessons are not limited only to the linguistic part but they are combined with some information about historical figures and places, cultural expressions and habits or even small geography facts about Greece(if the participants desire such thing). This tactic engages the participant in a deeper level and helps him understand the structure of the language and the country even better.

Note: the lessons will only be postponed from me when I must have my reading week and examination weeks due to my university duties. (Please, bear with me in this). However, the participants have the freedom to postpone or cancel the lessons whenever they may consider wise and appropriate.
