I am a student of international commerce and business but in my free time to feel relaxed and at peace with myself I practice yoga; which is a very complete exercise because apart from keeping you in shape it also aligns your energy and helps the little ones to have internal tranquility

I like to teach my classes in video calls in which to start we do a gym warm-up for joints, we continue with the practice where we do a routine with various postures to align our chakras in a fun way, ending with a small relaxation session to rest our muscles after the exercise performed
