About Alan
How do you learn cooking, driving, chess, football, etc.? The same process applies to learning a language as well. A language is learned through pattern formation (neuronal connections) which requires practice and repetition. Learning the right fundamentals is a start, and being committed to continuous improvement defines your success. Each person has different strengths and weaknesses. A trainer's role, along with teaching the fundamentals, includes identifying these strengths and weaknesses and mentoring based on these in order to actualize the student's full potential.
