About Devora
My name is Devora and I started practising Yoga in January 2020 which later allowed me to complete my 200 hour Yoga teaching training course from a Yoga Alliance recognised institute. The course covered the different types of Yoga alongside with breathwork techniques, meditation and Ayurveda. Additionally, I am currently undergoing a sequencing mentorship programme (Yoga Alliance recognised) which aims to further develop my teaching and sequencing skills in both Hatha and Vinayasa styles.
I introduced myself to the practice out of pure curiousty initially but soon after realised how much more it meant to show up on the yoga matt and consciously invest in myself on daily basis. The lessons Yoga continuously teaches me are endless, therefore, one of the reasons why I would love to cultivate the feeling of presence, gratitude and joy within the community and further promote healthier lifestyle that starts from within.
I have been able to teach classes to my family and friends, however I would love to get the opportunity to spread my knowledge with a greater number of people, especially ones who are curious about the incredible benefits of the beautiful practice that is Yoga.

I believe that Yoga is for everyone who would like to dive into the endless benefits of the the practice. I want to break the stereotype that you should be flexible in order to do Yoga.
I personally love physically strong practices, however slowing down and listening to my body each day is crucial when stepping on the yoga matt.Therefore, I enjoy Yin yoga on weekly basis to give my body a rest but then focus more inwards.
A typical lesson would consist of meditation, breath work and creative vinyasa style flow tailored to the student's ability.
Personally, I love to learn something new each day, which is also something I enjoy bringing to my students.
