About Tarin
I am a certified yoga teacher and wellness coach with a background in dance and human movement studies. I have taught countless group classes, privates, corporates, retreats and festivals teaching people how to optimize their bodies to live healthier, more functional lives.

My teaching methods are based primarily on yogic and Ayurvedic philosophy with a strong influence from my studies in osteopathy. I believe that the body is a whole unit and needs to be treated from a holistic point of view.
