About Desirée
I am a teacher and practitioner of Hatha Yoga Dhara and Pilates, my continuous training allows me to orient myself on different styles of Yoga giving a great advantage to the subject to train. I teach to share this beautiful discipline and to facilitate people to find contact with themselves.

Through a complete practice studied in detail on the subject in question, it has the aim of restoring the physical, mental and energetic balance. It is based on the fundamental concepts of yoga combined with Ayurveda, thus promoting postural and Dosha balance, as well as positively remodeling the metabolism, homeostasis and correct functioning of the internal organs.
